Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re a licensed California general contractor (CSLB #1132922), so we can work anywhere in the state.
We’re insured as well, and we can share proof of liability and workers’ comp if you’d like.
How long have you been doing siding? Can I see references?
We’ve been installing siding for more than 5 years.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on our installation.
For James Hardie fiber cement, the product warranty is 30 years.
Do you give an itemized estimate?
Yes. We provide a clear, itemized estimate—not just one total number—so you know what’s included.
How long does a siding install usually take?
Most installs take around 1.5 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of the home and the scope of work.
How do payments work?
Payment schedule depens on a project, but usually we use four progress payments. The schedule and amounts are listed in the estimate.
What do I need to do before you start? Do you handle cleanup?
Before we start, we ask that items near the exterior walls are moved at least 4 feet away.
We handle all debris removal and cleanup.
Can you show me how it’ll look before you install it?
Yes. After the contract is signed, we can provide a 3D render to help you visualize the final look.
Who’s on site and who do I talk to during the job?
A project manager will be introduced a couple of days before we start.
They’ll be your main point of contact and will be on site during installation.
